Factors such as climate, soil conditions, seasonal shifts, and individual plant care all play a role in your garden’s success, and while we cannot guarantee specific yields or plant longevity, we can promise this: we are in it with you for the long haul.

Every service, workshop, and product we offer is thoughtfully designed to inspire, educate, and elevate your gardening experience. Because of the highly curated nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on consultations, coaching, installations, or workshops.

However, we understand that life happens. If you’re unable to attend a workshop, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or request a full refund up to one week prior to the event. 

For physical products purchased through our website or at in-person events, returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out immediately—we’ll make it right.
